We are everywhere!

I never thought my name was all that common, and that there were probably no well-known people with the same name (and certainly no other guitarists!); how wrong. Besides Paul Henry the British actor, and Paul Henry the Irish poet, here are a couple of professional musicians, as well as an entertainer from Australia:

Paul Henry, classical guitarist

Henry was a student of the late Andres Segovia (one of classical guitar’s virtuosos), and is an actual professional musician, and professor at Chicago Musical College of Roosevelt University and Concordia University in River Forest (Chicago).

He conducts master classes at many colleges and universities throughout the U.S., and has authored many classical guitar instructional books:

Paul Henry, guitarist with the late Lonnie Donegan

Donegan was the UK’s “King of Skiffle” in the 1950s who influenced 1960s British pop and rock musicians like Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin, Jeff Beck, etc. Donegan was Britain's most successful and influential recording artist before the Beatles (who started out as The Quarrymen, a skiffle band).  Skiffle was similar to rockabilly: an up-tempo mix of folk, blues, and country.

Paul Henry, New Zealand/Australian entertainer/personality (you HAVE to watch the youtube clip)

Henry co-hosted a morning show in Australia called “Breakfast” which was a (even) lighter version of the U.S. show "Good Morning, America”, and he was notorious for saying the most outrageous things, both on and off the air.

The setup for this is the Australian version of “The People’s Choice Awards”. Henry’s acceptance speech is classic:
